Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Carlisle Capital LLC, which runs Astro Social ("Astro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Astro, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Astro.

Who can use Astro

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for what happens under your account.

Your content

You own what you post in Astro: messages, plans, photos and anything else. You give us permission to store, copy and show your content only so we can run Astro for you and the people you share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that remain briefly in backups.

Community rules

Astro is for friends. Don't use it to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Share content that is illegal, sexually exploits anyone, promotes violence, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Send spam, scams or malware, or try to break, overload or get around Astro's security.
• Collect other people's information without their permission.

You can report people and messages in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Bills and payments

Astro helps friends keep track of who owes what. Astro does not hold, send or receive money. When you pay someone back with Zelle, cash or another service, that payment happens outside Astro, under that service's own terms. We are not responsible for payments, debts or disputes between members.

Changes to Astro

Astro is new and in active development. Features may change, and we may pause or end parts of the service. If we ever shut Astro down, we will give reasonable notice when we can.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the You tab. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers

Astro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Carlisle Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens between members, including plans and payments arranged through Astro. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Astro after that means you accept the updated terms.
